These Terms and Conditions apply to the Alma Querencia First Edition retreat and govern your booking, payment and participation. Please read them carefully before submitting your application or payment.
Alma Querencia experiences are operated by Cassell Group Pty Ltd, trading as Alma Querencia Life.
Places in the Alma Querencia First Edition are offered by invitation following a personal application. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Once accepted, a place is confirmed upon receipt of your initial reservation payment.
Securing your place at Alma Querencia is simple. A 25% deposit confirms your booking, with the remaining balance split into two further instalments: 25% due 60 days before arrival, and the final 50% due 30 days before arrival. We'll send you a reminder ahead of each due date, so there are no surprises.
Your initial reservation payment is fully refundable if the retreat doesn't reach minimum guest numbers by 20 March 2027.
Once the minimum guest numbers have been reached and the retreat is confirmed, payments become non-refundable, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Australian Consumer Law. The booking payment (25%) is non-refundable once paid, as are the 60-day instalment and final balance, payable 30 days prior to the retreat.
Should Alma Querencia cancel the retreat, all guests will receive a full refund of amounts paid.
Alma Querencia may need to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, activities or accommodation due to circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to provide an equivalent experience of the same standard.
Guests participate in horse riding and other physical activities at their own discretion and are responsible for advising us of any relevant health considerations in advance. Riding and other physical experiences are optional throughout.
To the extent permitted by law, Cassell Group Pty Ltd's liability in connection with the Alma Querencia First Edition is limited to the amount paid for your booking, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this website.
By submitting your application or payment for an Alma Querencia experience, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
